Finding Magic in the Everyday

My husband and I took a short trip to Disneyland for our 23rd wedding anniversary. We decided it wasn’t going to be rush, rush, rush. That we would sleep in and enjoy our morning coffee and then go to the parks when we did. Usually we are the have to be there for rope drop sort of people running around like mad all day.

This trip had some special and fun things happen. First, on our anniversary we asked a photographer if they could do a photo excursion. I had read that Disneyland would do that for you if you had the photo pass. Well I guess that had stopped but a photographer said he had some down time and could give us 10mins to do a private photo excursion. So on our anniversary we got a private photo session in Fantasyland. It was fun and special and shows just how Disney cast will go out of their way to make your day amazing! The second thing that was fun is we took a Disney tour. We have done this in the past a loved them. We took the 70th anniversary tour. Well the funny thing is that time slot was just us. So we had a private tour for a few hours around Disneyland. They could have cancelled for low attendance but again they said we had people that wanted to go so we kept the time.

It is those special little things in life that really make the difference. It is the kindness of people that made our anniversary really special. I was so thankful to all of those people.
